About Choice IoT

We specialize in flexible, secure, and scalable cellular services supported by our proprietary CAMP platform, enabling solution providers to manage and optimize their device deployments with ease.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Sales Engineer to support our executive and operations teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and efficient coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Boarding new partners including conducting platform trainings
- Basic customer support including reviewing billing, basic troubleshooting
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for internal and client-facing purposes
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, contracts, and vendor records
- Answer and direct incoming support calls and emails; handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g., scheduling, paperwork, account setup)
- Assist with event planning, tradeshow logistics, and coordination with marketing
- Perform other duties and special projects as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in a technology or telecom environment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Technical knowledge and experience onboarding customers on self-service platforms
- Knowledge of CRM’s, specifically Hub Spot a plus
- Must live on Long Island.

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is a natural hunter with a proven track record of building relationships, generating leads, and closing new business in the IoT Space.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying IoT solution providers, VARs, MSPs, and enterprise accounts that can benefit from Choice IoT’s connectivity solutions, and for guiding them through the sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across IoT verticals such as SCADA, telehealth, EV charging, building automation, industrial automation, POS, and more.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of solution providers, integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Choice IoT’s CAMP™ portal and multi-carrier SIM solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while driving deals to close.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales engineering to develop vertical-specific messaging and materials.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Choice IoT at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in IoT, telecom, wireless, SaaS, or technology.
- Strong hunter mentality: skilled in cold outreach, prospecting, and opening new doors.
- Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with IoT connectivity, M2M, SIM card technologies, and carrier networks required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience in working within a CRM, such as HubSpot.
