Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Administrative Assistant to support our executive and operations teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions and efficient coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Boarding new partners including conducting platform trainings
  • Basic customer support including reviewing billing, basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for internal and client-facing purposes
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, contracts, and vendor records
  • Answer and direct incoming support calls and emails; handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees (e.g., scheduling, paperwork, account setup)
  • Assist with event planning, tradeshow logistics, and coordination with marketing
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed to support the team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferably in a technology or telecom environment)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Technical knowledge and experience onboarding customers on self-service platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM’s, specifically Hub Spot a plus
  • Must live on Long Island.
