Job Description:
Join our new, growing company! If you are seeking a challenge to utilize your skills and make a difference, check out this opportunity! In this role you will promote Choice Business Connections as the vendor of choice for wireless connectivity (On the T-Mobile Network) for in our Central Territory, based in Chicago. The role will include extensive external contact with Solution Providers, T-Mobile, consultants/engineers and contractors to drive Connectivity preference.

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve sales quota
  • Target and Manage relationships with Solution Providers understand their requirements and develop an appropriate solution(s) to best meet their needs for connectivity. Work with T-Mobile National Account Managers in your area to target verticals in different industries for connectivity
  • Provide continual updates via CRM on Key Account and conversion status of target accounts
  • Provide reporting, forecasting for business planning purposes
  • Support the business through the generation of new growth accounts while maintaining and developing existing accounts
  • Continuously scan for prospects with current or new customers to achieve new sales, expands offerings within the account, and populates account pipeline consistently and on a timely basis
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that focuses on channel, consultants, end-users, and installers that enables territory management and sales growth
  • Manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and at potentially multiple locations
  • Lead a virtual team for global account management where applicable
  • Provide extensive product and solutions training for customers and distributors
  • Responds to customer issues and provides follow-up to assure resolution
  • Maintains knowledge of competitors’ activities throughout assigned territory
  • Understands current market relationships and partnerships with customers and distributors

CHOICE Business Connections is seeking a high-energy Inside Lead Generation Representative to join our growing Sales team. We are looking for someone interested in advancing in the fast-paced world of hi-tech enterprise sales. The role will include extensive prospecting utilizing lead generation tactics through cold calling and digital campaigns.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate leads by identifying decision makers and creating interest in the CHOICE Business Connections Solutions.
  • Leverage social media to obtain interest and generate leads.
  • Follow-up on leads and referrals.
  • Maintain and expand the database of contacts within targeted organizations.
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, CRM updates.
  • Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Sales Force
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 1-year prior inside sales/sales experience.
  • Strong follow-up skills (persistence is paramount!), attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker. Ability to prioritize and think out-of-the-box.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions (e.g., Direct Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing systems
