By combining and utilizing our expertise, Choice began as one key location and became a Master Dealer by sculpting a relationship with carriers. We have created partnerships that help businesses grow as solution providers by transforming connectivity solutions into a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. In addition, Choice Business Connections proudly represents carrier products as direct employeesand successful agents. Darren Sadana

CEO

Darren started the Cellular Plus retail brand in 1993 after receivinghis master’s in Finance from Hofstra University. Today, his network has grown into a Master Agency for T-Mobile and Metro PCS, with more than 300 retail locations across the country. Choice Entities achieves in excess of 30,000 activations per month currently and continues to grow due to strategic partnerships and streamlined systems that Darren has implemented. His vision is to make Choice Business Connections an enterprise-grade Sales and Support organization enabling IoT Solution Providers with efficient systems that will allow them to achieve the same level of growth and success as Choice Entities. His experience in helping Partners and Dealers grow in the wireless space is unmatched, and his dedication to truly help his Partners is what his reputation and success was founded on.

Neil Kapoor

Vice-President

Neil joined Cellular Plus in 1993 after achieving his bachelor’s degreein Commerce from Delhi University. His vision was to rapidly grow the retail network by creating an efficient strategy and replicating it across the nation. Choice Entities rapid expansion to more than 300 retail locations is a derivative of Neil’s strong leadership and knowledge in the wireless retail space. By identifying and refining systems and processes that worked, he was able to rollout these improvements to hundreds of locations and  successfully activate in excess of 30,000 connections each month. His leadership is driven by honesty, integrity and always doing what’s right. In 1999, Neil along with his partners started wholesale distribution, which resulted in adding a national Dealer network as part of Choice Entities overall market strategy. Together, Neil and his partners have built one of the largest Partner networks and continue to add strategic partnerships that enhance the Choice brands.

Jim brings more than 20 years of Sales and Leadership experience to Choice Entities. His experience includes a background with Vodafone and Sprint, but most notable is his 14 years with T-Mobile. He has achieved success by diversifying his knowledge of wireless solutions, leading sales teams and setting the bar for solution sales at every level. Jim’s achievements werebuilt on a thorough understanding of solutions that include:SD-WAN, MPLS, GPS/AVL and Mobility that tie into every industry. He’s driven by customer satisfaction and has extensive experience in creating strategic partnerships in all vertical markets. He has a passion to help his clients and partners solve real problems, streamline costs and accomplish their overall business objectives. Jim has won countless Sales Awards which he attributes to his focus on putting the customer’s needs first.

With more than15 years in the Wireless and Transportation verticals, Matthew has led sales teams, grown organizations, and streamlined processes. He has shaped his professional career by being open, honest and having a passion for people. He is a powerful business driver whose instincts and clarity of vision have resulted in rapid and continuous business growth. He is distinguished by his passion for business, his focus on collaborative team building and his commitment to exceeding customer and market demands. His contagious enthusiasm instills him and his team members with extraordinary energy and dedication in an environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. He’s earned consistent honors at the highest levels at each organization including numerous Winner’s Circle Awards. Most notable was his 2012 Peak Award, which is earned by less than 1percentof employees and requires peer nomination.
